Healing

Posted by: shradhananavati on: March 3, 2010

Healing. Wikipedia defines it as the curing of and restoring to health. It incorporates repair and regeneration.  It also refers to the natural process by which the body repairs itself.

There are various techniques and names which are used in different places, for different reasons. We all have the ability to heal. Healers act as conduits, channeling the universal existential energy. Much of a healer’s training involves self discovery and understanding pain; in order to be able to help others heal themselves, transform their pain in to power. Intent and ethics are of supreme importance; a deep reverence for all of life.

The healer creates a sacred space, for healing to happen. It is a journey the client embarks upon, not just a procedure the healer performs. Healing transforms one’s life, increasing well-being, inner peace and a feeling of communion with all life.

If you are affected by any chronic illness or your immune system is weak or are bogged down by emotional and mental stress, exhaustion and fatigue, perhaps it is time to look beyond the concrete, regular medicines and treatments into a healing practice founded on the experience of infinity.

Tarot Cards

Posted by: shradhananavati on: February 2, 2010

Many people wonder what the Tarot, or the I Ching, or astrology tells us about free will. If the cards can predict what we will do, does that mean free will does not really exist?

The question arises from a misunderstanding of free will itself; we think of it as something simple and independent of the past. At any moment, we think, we are free to do whatever we want. But our supposedly free choices are governed by our past actions. If we do not understand ourselves, how can we expect to make a free choice? Only by seeing and accepting the past can we free ourselves from it.

It is not enough just to forsee a likely outcome for us to change or prevent that event. We must understand why it is coming, and we must work on the causes within ourselves for the things we do and the ways we react. Free will certainly exists. We just do not know how to use it. The most important thing we can learn from Tarot readings is just how little we exercise our freedom.

Biofeedback

Posted by: shradhananavati on: February 2, 2010

This involves the use of a Bio sensor to measure, through the left hand, an individual’s biofeedback data, which is the Electro-Dermal Activity(electrical conductivity) of the skin and temperature data in Real Time.

This Biofeedback data is analysed, processed and correlated to specific emotional-energetic states and is displayed as the energetic activity or Biofeedback scan image of the individual on the computer screen. It represents a person’s Bio-energetic field, Emotional Energetic State, Personality Type and Energetic Wellness.

It is built on the principles of Colour Psychology, Human Energy Field and Mind-Body knowledge. The Bio sensor detects the client’s psycho-physiological information. The bio data is measured through the methods of EEG, Brainwaves, EMG, GSR, Temperature.

This is a useful self help and monitoring tool, which can help you understand  your personality type, the energies around you, how they affect you, thus unlocking valuable information about you in a personal consultation.

Understanding Auras

Posted by: shradhananavati on: February 2, 2010

The human aura is the energy field that surrounds the physical body. It surrounds you in all directions and is three dimensional. In a healthy individual, it makes an elliptical or egg shape about the body. In an average individual it will extend eight to ten feet around the body.

The healthier you are, physically and spiritually, the more vibrant your energy field will be and the further your aura will extend out from your physical body. Weakened auras can result in and reflect health problems, emotional and mental stress.

Everyone has his or her own unique energy system, and the way it interacts and works with the more subtle surrounding influences will vary from individual to individual. For your overall well-being, physical and otherwise, you need to become aware of these subtle energies as well as the more tangible energies of your body.

An old axiom states-” All energy follows thought.”

The more aware you become, the more you can recognize and control what energies you project and allow to affect you. We have all had experiences of walking into a room and ‘feeling’ its distinctness. Even with people-we instantly hit off with some and sometimes instantly and inexplicably dislike some. This is our sensitivity to the energy residues and projections of a place as well as frequency and vibrations of a person or people.

Characteristics of the Aura:

  1. Every aura has its own unique frequency
  2. Your aura will interact with the auric fields of others
  3. The human energy field can also interact with animal, plant, mineral and other energy fields
  4. The longer and more intimate the contact, the greater the energy exchange
  5. The aura-and changes within it-reflects physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of the individual

Known over centuries by many names- Ch’i or qi in China, Prana in India and Tibet, Ruach in Hebrew, Ki in Japan, Baraka by Sufis, Hoaka by Hawaiian shamans, auric energy bioplasmic fields have been documented for over 5000 years.

Colour can reflect positive or negative energy, and when perceived within the aura, it provides a key to the personality, moods, maturity and health of the individual. Aura colour reflects both physical and spiritual aspects.

Holistic Healing

E = mc^2

-Albert Einstein

Energy is all there is.

Energy forms the foundation of your health, your body’s fuel and atmosphere.

Since the dawn of civilisation, people have realized that the mysteries of illness and disease are related to both the seen and unseen worlds.  DISEASE- the body not being at ease. This is a result of imbalances within the body, an inequality between the yin and yang forces. Healing begins when these imbalances are corrected, treating the organism as a whole rather than just the symptoms.

Your body is designed to heal itself. Hands-on-healing triggers the body’s own healing response. The energy fields of the therapist encourage similar patterns of vibrations on the patient.  Spiritual intent while laying on of hands- the channel invites spiritual energy to flow through his or her hands or body. Creative healing energy can readily pass from one person to another.

Tera Mai Seichem, a form of holistic healing assists in the body’s overall health and well being. It can be used in physical injury, emotional trauma, stress, cleansing and when feeling overworked or overburdened. It helps in balancing the body’s own energy field.

It works on the principle that we as human beings are energy fields. This field radiates around people and could also reflect any imbalance in the field. This is not a replacement for medical treatment but rather an additional way that healing is brought within our reach.  As we’ve been placed in a world that systematically interferes with this natural capacity, our conscious involvement in our health is required if we are to truly prosper.

More about Tera Mai Seichem:

Federally trademarked as a Healing system, it makes use of the healing energy of all four elemental forces namely-

Earth( Reiki)

Fire(Sakara)

Water(Sophi El)

Air(Angelic Light)

All shaman and other healers throughout centuries have been connected to and have used the elemental rays from the source or God for hands-on healing and to enhance journey work. Initiated by Kathleen Ann Milner in the US, its Tera Mai Seichem’s history dates back to Dr. Mikao Usui, a hundred years ago.

What is success?

Posted by: shradhananavati on: September 21, 2009

Success is the satisfaction and hapiness you experience when you manifest your dreams…but what if you have not yet been able to do that? then success, according to me lies in the knowing that you are closer to manifesting your dreams than before; even if you are not, then, it is in the knowing that you still have your dream. And what if you don’t? then, it is in the fact that you have come a step further than what you were before.

  • mukesh: " Success " is just keep fullfilling our " Desires " .
  • shradhananavati: Hi Tanya, Thank you for posting your query. Tera Mai Seichem is a federally trademarked healing system which uses the energies of the 4 elements name
  • Tanya Oberoi: Hi Shradha, I really liked the idea and I am looking forward to this therapy. Could you please explain me more about this? Awaiting your reply.
